That's their official paypal email and you can donate from your Paypal account. It is a rescue brigade formed during the 1985 Mexico City earthquake, they've been everywhere since then, from the 85 Mex City quake, to 9/11 in New York, the 2004 tsunami in Asia and many more. They are privately funded and could definitely use some help.
