Based on the fact you're using Virgin Media, and the IP it's trying to resolve us to is also owned by Virgin Media, I'd guess they're blocking the domain for whatever reason. No idea why. I'll try and look into it if I can, see why this is.
Luckily, despite them being such a big ISP, their domain blocking is easy to bypass (as is, surprisingly, the Turkish government's) by changing your DNS. We'll use Google DNS, as they're pretty open with everything, and are unlikely to go down any time soon
Assuming you're on Windows 10:
1. Open Control Panel
2. Click "Network and Internet"
3. Click "Network and Sharing Center"
4. Click "Change adapter settings" on the left
5. Right click whichever one is providing you internet. Might be named ethernet or wifi or something, depending on what you're using. It'll be the one without a cross
6. Click Properties
7. Select the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" option, and click Properties
8. Select the "Use the following DNS server addresses" option, and in the boxes below type
8.8.8.8 and
8.8.4.49. Apps everything and close out
10. Try connecting to the server again. If it's still not working, restart your PC and try again. If it's STILL not working, do another nslookup for me so I can see what on earth is going on
