As for the new player with diamond armor, It was obviously given to them if they had just joined. Anyways the fact of the matter is you violated at least 2 rules, Teleport Combat with a new player, and Violating a No Kill agreement. I'm not going to debate the "ok then" because even though there was confusion you cannot argue that they didn't mistake that for No Kill. Everyone knows you do these things on purpose to get players upset, and when you start scaring new people away by breaking the rules is when it becomes unacceptable. Any new reports claiming you are killing new players will result in a 2 week minimum ban.

Punishment is used to make someone suffer to make them learn their lesson. A BAN WILL NOT MAKE HIM SUFFER. He isn’t on much and will barely affect him. And once he comes back, he will just do it again. I think the loss of bal is okay, but will it make him stop the TP killing? How about put him probation, and if he kills a new player one more time, a perm ban.
