Any feedback? This is what I and my dad had agreed on and discussed. Some edits will probably come. Like defining a citizen and the like.

My feedback in red:

Concordat of Socrates
Preamble
Under the pretenses of law, there is a need for the governing to be moderated by a set of rules enforced by the masses consent. This document outlines the rules of which the ultimate ruler of Socrates must abide by and the purples of such.

The purpose of government is not to burden, but to protect the rights of and tends to the needs of the citizen.

Section 1 - King
Part 1-

Part 2-
The King solely has the right to rule from the permission of the masses, any and all violations of citizen’s rights outlined in Section 3 invalidates his rule and will prompt a new government.

By what method will the King be removed? / Who will do it and enforce it? / What if the King refuses or disagrees, will there be a court?

Part 3-
The King may put into place policies and laws with the express permission of a majority of a convened council of all of the Princes and Protectors.  These laws are Kingdom level and fall over all of Socrates’s domain.

Part 4-
All Kingdom level laws and policies overrule any and all town level laws.

Part 5-
Any town has the respected right to leave the Concordat as they see fit, but in doing so lose all protection of natural rights granted by the Concordat. Under the king authority, he may choose his advisors, and chooses what towns may enter the Kingdom under this Concordat.

Is there a specific method required for a town to leave? A vote of the owners? All of the owners consent? A vote of the citizens? Any method the town sees fit? If the latter, then perhaps this requires no edit, and each town can choose their own method.

Part 6-
All Kingdom land that is not a part of a town is the land of the people and can be used for all purposes of the people

Part 7-
The King cannot form a formal army under the name of the state or tax the people without the express permission of all of the Prince and Protectors. Both needed by the ladder requirement.

This is a very good constitution! I like it. It has some minor spelling errors, but otherwise it is great. Like I mentioned above, the only thing in question is removing the King / forming a new government for breaching the constitution. How exactly will it happen? Otherwise, nice work.
