Discord Revamp and Intragration

I see a lot of active and thriving servers also have active and productive discords. I think we should definitely try and get the discord integration into Minecraft. There are few plugins out there. There are ones that have features that link the discord chat and minecraft chat together, viewable or talkable. Also revamping the discord server and having the server more actively promote it into the server as well. Is is it even a tip?

Would this serve as a great replacement and alternative to the obviously finicky and dated IRC chat?

There was one, but I added another to make it a bit more prominent.

The app I tried works well from my tests. I'll test it more next week when I'm a little more free, but I'm almost certain it'll be added to the main server in the 1.14 update :)
