Brief summary of what happened:
Enderskelly34 seemed to be upset over something but rather than discuss it with either of the mayors (myself and ScalyDude), he blew up a house made by protoape (Moira) with TNT and killed her villagers. He then proceeded to message me in the early hours saying (and I quote):
"Goodbye
Forever I will spit in your face
idiot, moron b-tch".
He has griefed before but we let it slide by marking it as an honest mistake.

Also the message was on discord. I mentioned this in order to support the fact that he's the culprit.

So TNT works on VC right now.. in villages and outlands so I'm gonna consider this server error and leave Enderskelly off with a warning unless anyone else has anything to say. I have reimbursed protoape for the damage done; that being said, i will not give off a warning again for TNT grief as it's a known problem now. should be fixed tomorrow
