Horse TP with player?

This has been a personal frustration for a while. But I know in claimed lands you can't get off your horse without losing it. One thing that would be good would either be something to aid in this like a horse tp with the player when you are on it: something like this https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/horsetpwithme.8186/.
