XP plugin

Hey, so I was wondering if anyone knows a plugin that allows us to put our xp into a bottle. I think that if such a plugin does exist it could be great as it would be yet another thing to sell (great for enchanting).

Just a thought as when players have a lot of XP they don't need it, but when a player needs XP they sometimes can't be bothered to go on a killing spree, so this seems like a great compromise, selling and storing XP.

Let me know if it is possible and what you all think, just an idea I had.
