I dunno. The smaller the staff, the easier it is to manage, tbh - a core of 8 or 10 good staff members, total, is waaaay better than a group of 40-50 ill-organized fools who've been half-trained and can't factor out bias in their decisions on a day to day basis. I've seen no problems with the current arrangement, aside from the minor incident of an admin not being on at, say, 3 AM GMT -6, which is a pretty early in the morning time for most of America, lol. There's only like, 4 people on at the time and none of them really talk, let alone interact.
