None, although many have been suggested to me. More out of personal preference than anything.

the only mod that i use is optifine.

mostly for the patching, cuz i use HD texture packs mostly, but also for the added video options

I have optifine as well as rei's minimap. I was wondering if i should get any more or just hold my peace for a while.
