Attitude on the server..

I have noticed that there are certain people in particular that have an attitude, or are rude to other players, and it just ruins the whole environment of the server. One of these players is [T] and gold [VIP] a player that most people should look up to. One that should be a positive role model for new players. But he is not. I don't feel like i should put any names public just yet but i have a feeling most of you know the person being talked about.. just a concern of mine that i think should be addressed. Let me know what you all think.

Heh, putting a [T] is as good as a name, but it doesnt matter. Yes I am a tester, but it doesnt mean I should be a role model. Yes, I have been on this server longer than anyone that plays, but it doesnt mean I have to be a goodiegoodie. I like to PVP, and I try to provoke people into fighting. Its not against the rules. Its just something I do

I'd do that. either do /ignore or just do wut i do and ignore all of you and only pay attention if someone whispers me or i see my name.

I say this because i haven't heard it being a problem with anyone else. Also if others do fine him as a problem and also do this soon he will not have many ppl to talk to and might realize ppl don't like him or something and would be more effective then me muting him or something.

Wut i do. There is so much talking going on and 99% of it is not interesting so i just play the game and seem to only notice key words. Why is that bad? If someone has an issue and need help whisper me and/or say my name.

? /ignore is very common command, and if this has anything to do with swear words you should read the tunnel again.

This has nothing to with swear words. Like was said above if a new players first impression is a bunch of people arguing are they going to stick around? Most likely not. It's not an issue with me ecaude I have neer been in an argument with knitefall but there have been players that have been offended. One in particular that made me decide to post this. I understand that you all don't get it, but a few players have been offended. I will let people know from now on how to join the forums so they can raise an issue themselves.

In all fairness, I have seen Knitefall acting really rude against other players.

I've seen it too... My personal preference is for it to not be allowed, but at the same time, I guess it's not really EXPLICITLY wrong... maybe a little douchey, but in the end there is the /ignore function as many have pointed out.

Like I said, it's just a personal preference that it not happen. I ultimately can't make you not do it, or even tell you not to do it, because it's your prerogative to do so. And, as many have said before, free speech is allowed on the server.

Then the "don't be a douche" rule should not be in place. If you are referring to freedom of speech as stated in the constitution, it is freedom of speech, but you cannot discriminate. That takes away someone else's right as a free individual. Just a thought
