server is reverting and i lost my progress

i lost items due to server error agian my entire poition brewery is gone and so is my potion shop that was in my basement

where at? even when server crashes (I did get the save off) logblock is still good up to about 3 seconds before things stop (saves on the fly) and I cant find anywhere you placed a brewing stand.

well in my basement ill place a block of neather rack where it reverted
